About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been in practice since 2004. I provide therapy for individuals, couples and groups. I received my M.A. in Counseling from Covenant Seminary and an M.F.A. in Poetry from University of Missouri-St. Louis. I have served as an Adjunct Professor at Washington University Brown School of Social Work since 2017. I provide licensure supervision as well as consultation services to Counseling professionals. In addition, I have conducted numerous trainings on mental health first aid, suicide prevention, trauma & recovery, and Motivational Interviewing. I belong to the American Counseling Association and the Association of Poetry Therapy.
I have worked in both community mental health settings and private practice and have significant experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, complex trauma, and/or co-occuring substance use disorders and addiction.
