Trauma Therapy

A trauma-informed approach that honors both resilience and pain. Together, we’ll work to integrate the effects of trauma — whether from abuse, loss, or the cumulative stress of living in a complex world — so you can move toward a sense of safety and wholeness.

Somatic Integration

Grounded in the connection between body and mind, somatic work helps address the psychological impact of stress, pain, and chronic illness. Through mindful awareness and body-based techniques, clients often experience relief, balance, and renewed vitality.

Supervision & Consultation

Available for provisionally licensed counselors seeking LPC supervision and for professionals looking for consultation in trauma-informed and somatic practices. Supervision emphasizes growth, ethics, and the development of an authentic therapeutic presence.

Getting Started

Therapy begins with a complimentary 15–20 minute introductory call to help you determine if we’re a good fit. Sessions are 50 minutes and conducted either in person or via secure telehealth. To schedule, please reach out by phone or email.
