Both. I offer in-person therapy in my office as well as secure telehealth sessions for clients located in Missouri.
We’ll begin with a complimentary 15–20 minute introductory call to see if we’re a good fit. During that time, we can talk about what brings you to therapy and what next steps might look like. Sessions are typically 50 minutes and scheduled weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs.
Yes. My practice is inclusive and affirming of all relationship structures, orientations, and identities. I welcome couples and partners navigating monogamous, open, or polyamorous dynamics. Together, we’ll focus on strengthening communication, fostering trust, and creating clarity around needs, boundaries, and connection. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where every partner feels seen and respected.
I am a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. I’m happy to provide a monthly superbill you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement, and I also reserve a limited number of sliding-scale appointments for clients who need reduced-fee support.
Your appointment time is set aside just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full session fee. This policy helps me keep availability for other clients who may be waiting for an appointment, while also maintaining consistency and care in my schedule.
If you have a question that isn’t listed here, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to talk through any details and help you understand what working together might look like.
